Frequently asked questions
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day, usually the same day. During a running engagement I read email in the morning and in the evening, not continuously.
Can I book a slot directly without writing first?
Yes, the calendar is open. Pick a slot, and the video call link arrives automatically.
Do you also work with companies outside Frankfurt?
Yes, hybrid in the major German cities and remote across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The regional pages show what that looks like per location.
Is there a sales team or an assistant?
No. You write to me, I reply. Nick's Advisory is a one-person company.
Fastest: the first call
If you have a concrete HR situation, skip the email exchange. On the first call you describe the situation, I ask questions, and at the end we both know whether it makes sense to keep talking. Free, without obligation, no sales team in between.
Choose a free slot in the calendar, the video call link arrives automatically.
Trigger, timeline, size, what has already been tried. Not required, but helpful.
You describe, I ask, you get an honest assessment.
If it fits, one page. If not, I say so on the call.
How the call runs in detail: Free consultation
What to put in the first message
Three sentences are enough: what has happened, by when it needs to be solved, and how large the company is. Everything else we clarify on the call. Attachments such as org charts or job descriptions are welcome but not required. What I do not need: a tender with 40 criteria. What I do need: the situation in your own words.
