Frequently Asked Questions
Do I really get both languages?
Yes. Every purchase contains the English and the German version, as separate folders in the download. You pay once and can walk the same route in either language, which helps when a German employer asks for documents in German.
Are these written for the German job market?
Yes, that is the whole point. The reference letter workbook decodes the German Arbeitszeugnis, the emergency kit works with German notice periods and deadlines, and the application workbook turns an international CV into something a German employer recognizes. Nothing here is generic international advice.
What does fillable actually mean?
The PDF has real form fields. You click into them, type on your computer, save, and continue later. No printing, no copying things out. Word worksheets come with it, and wherever something gets calculated, an Excel file.
How is this different from 1:1 career coaching?
You work through the workbooks alone, at your own pace, without an appointment. Career coaching is personal work together over a fixed term, including weekly check-ins. Seven of these workbooks are part of both coaching packages anyway.
Which one fits me?
Pick the situation you are actually in. Just lost your job: the Emergency Kit. Interview next week: the Interview Answer Framework. Nobody finds your profile: the LinkedIn workbook. You can take several, but you do not have to. Each one works on its own.
When do I get the files?
Right after payment. The download link is on the confirmation page immediately and comes by email as well, together with an invoice showing German VAT.
Is this legal advice?
No. The reference letter workbook, the emergency kit and the confidential search touch on legal topics but do not replace a lawyer. They tell you what to look at and when to ask someone with a licence.
