Yes, in full. Book a package within 14 days of receiving your Career Roadmap and I deduct the entire €199 from the package price. In total you pay only the package price, so the Kick-off effectively costs you nothing extra. After those 14 days, the regular package price applies on top of the Kick-off you already paid; the exact cutoff date is in the email that comes with your roadmap.

What I do promise: your materials pass the hiring-manager test, you walk into every interview prepared, and we actually analyze every response instead of sending applications into the void.
