The quick check is a 30-minute video call via Google Meet. You'll get the link with the confirmation email and the calendar invite, no Google account needed on your end.

It helps most to think through beforehand: your current role and work experience, your most pressing career question in one sentence, and what you've already tried. That's all the prep you need.
