AI Consulting for HR Teams

Your HR team is supposed to work with AI, but nobody has time to test their way through the tool jungle. I introduce AI where it genuinely relieves HR: from my own daily practice with self-built AI assistants and automation workflows, not from a conference slide.

I use AI operationally in HR every day, not just on slides

What I help you with

Four building blocks, from an honest opportunity analysis to a finished automation, always with data protection and co-determination in the project plan.

AI opportunity analysis of your HR processes

We go through your HR processes and separate honestly: where AI actually saves time, where it isn't worth it, where it's risky. The result is a prioritized list of concrete use cases instead of a generic AI strategy paper.

Tool selection and privacy-conscious rollout

Which tools fit your system landscape and how to roll them out without bypassing GDPR and co-determination: with HR data, privacy and the works council aren't a footnote, they're part of the project plan from day one.

Enablement and training for your HR team

Your team learns on its own processes, not on slides: prompts for daily work, clear rules about what may go into an AI tool and what may not, and the routine of reviewing results critically instead of adopting them blindly.

Concrete automations

Workflows built together for recurring work: drafts for reference letters, contract amendments and other HR documents, structured decision templates for management, self-service answers to common employee questions.

What this looks like day to day

Recurring HR work runs through AI workflows that are set up once: your team feeds in the task, reviews the result, and decides. The busywork in between is handled by the system.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you handle data protection with HR data?

HR data is especially sensitive, so the GDPR question is part of every project from the start: which data may go into which tool, which processing agreements are needed, where data is better kept in-house. I only recommend setups your data protection officer can stand behind.

Does the works council need to be involved?

As soon as AI tools can touch employee behavior or performance, the works council has co-determination rights in Germany. I have negotiated with works councils myself as Head of People and plan co-determination as a fixed project step, not as an obstacle.

Which tools do you work with?

I'm deliberately vendor-neutral: I use self-built AI assistants and automation workflows on top of today's common AI systems daily myself, and recommend what fits your system landscape, budget, and privacy requirements, not the tool with the best commission.

Will AI end up replacing HR jobs?

I deliberately promise nothing in either direction. AI takes recurring busywork off your team's plate so there's time for the topics that need people: conversations, conflicts, decisions. Headcount reduction fantasies are not a serious project goal for an AI rollout.

Does my HR team need technical skills?

No. The training starts from daily HR work, not from the technology. Anyone who can write an email can work with the AI workflows we set up after the enablement.

What does AI consulting for HR cost?

That depends on scope and team size, which is why there's deliberately no price list here. In the free initial conversation you'll get a concrete, individual proposal.
