Before you write
Why can't I just buy it directly?
Because I want to know first whether I can actually help you. Some inquiries belong with a different service, and sometimes one pointer is enough and you pay nothing at all. So you write to me first, and the payment link only comes once the scope is clear.
When and how do I pay?
After we've agreed on the scope, I send you a Stripe payment link. The work starts after that. I never see your card details, and you get an invoice with German VAT stated separately.
How many revisions do I get?
One full revision is included in the price. In practice that is almost always enough, because we clarify what matters to you up front. If something is still open after that, tell me. I don't leave anyone sitting with a half-finished document.
Do I have to upload my documents here?
No, and that is deliberate. You simply attach your documents to your reply to my email. That way your CV and your data don't sit on a server unasked, they stay in our correspondence.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Yes. As a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. If you want me to start before that period ends, I need your explicit consent. The details are in the withdrawal notice (German).
